Pre orders have an orange button that reads PRE ORDER, and a release date in orange near the price. If you would like to receive IN STOCK items BEFORE your pre order item then please order separately.
Orders with pre order items will begin to be shipped from the release date. The release date is normally found near the item price. Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis, the sooner you order, the higher up on the list you are and the faster your order will be shipped from the release date.
Release Dates can sometimes be flexible depending on if we have unforseen delays, this can happen if there is something out of our control like delays at Australian Customs or manufacturing delays. We will endevour to keep you informed so you know where your product is.
DELAYS IN RELEASE
If you are planning on purchasing a pre order for the arrival of birthday present or you are bringing home new pets then please have a temporary back up plan just in case there is a delay, especially if the product is an enclosure.
REFUNDS & CANCELLING PRE ORDERS
AFTERPAY and ZIPPAY - A store credit will be issued as per our refund policy for Afterpay and Zippay for minor delays of up to 2 weeks. Major Delays of over 2 weeks will be eligible for a full refund on the money that has been paid through Afterpay or Zippay. If you are concerned with having a store credit then we recommend paying by Paypal or by credit card directly through the store.
Other Payment methods - A full refund will be issued on request for any cancelled pre orders.
WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE IN STOCK?
We hold your order until all items are together and ready to ship. If you have ordered IN STOCK items and PRE ORDER items then we can make 2 shipments for an extra freight charge of $12.90 for Australia Delivery or the standard international delivery fee if sending abroad. Please contact us if you would like this change
