Delivery Policy

 

Your Correct Delivery Address is important !

You are the best person who can ensure Your address is correct.

Our system automatically sends your order to our warehouse with the address that you enter, we will address your parcel in the same way that you provide it us.

Please ensure your address is correct and only contains the essential information. For example, your address should read the same as your electricity or gas bill.

 

If you are unsure on how to write your address, then contact us first and we can direct you

 

Postcodes can contain up to 15 different suburbs, ensure you list your correct suburb.

 

Only include the essential details. Return to sender is not free, so, should your parcel be returned to us due to improper address, then you as the buyer must pay for the return shipping both ways or should a refund be requested upon arrival back to our warehouse then the return shipping, on top of any restocking fees and original freight paid will come out of the refund.

 

DO NOT

  • Add extra information on your street address

  • Add extra suburbs for example Frenchville ROCKHAMPTON or Blacktown SYDNEY

 

Can I pick up?

Some items can be picked up from our Erskine Park 2759 dispatch warehouse. Please contact us before with the list of items you want and we will let you know if its possible. Some items come from other areas and will need to be dispatched to you

 

How Long?

You should allow to 2-10 business days for all items to be delivered to you. Check your tracking number to see if you have multiple boxes. If you are ordering an enclosure or bulky items then you can easily have more than one box or delivery.

Sometimes not all parcels are delivered together.

 

Guinea Pigs Australia ships the majority of items from its Western Sydney NSW location. Some items may come from other states depending on the product sold. You may receive multiple parcels from us.

 

Where is My Tracking number?
Your tracking number will be located online in your account once you are logged in. Your tracking number will be within your order.

Some items which are not shipped from our Sydney warehouse may not update automatically with a tracking number.

Most items are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse located in Erskine Park 2759.

Items not shipped from our Sydney warehouse may take a little longer.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on your location and order contents. Some items have free shipping. You will get a shipping cost prior to paying.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We use Standard Australia post for the majority of our orders. We do not offer an expedited service as yet.

 

I have very particular delivery instructions

Australia post cannot cater for very specific instruction other than Authority to leave. If you have a very particular delivery requirement please consider organising your own courier. Contact us before your place the order so we may collaborate with you.

Here are some recommend delivery options for you that you can book yourself for door to door.

  • Ship 2 Anywhere - online door to door service(requires a printer and tape)

 

Call before Delivery / Can the Courier call me?

Unfortunately we don't have any options for the courier to call you prior to your delivery. If you need this then consider organising your own courier to pick up from us.

 

I accidently put my neighbour’s address on my order
